New crafting toy!!

I recently upgraded to a cricut expression!!! Thought I would share it and some recent projects!!!

Really I do, honestly I do try to keep up on my blog! I am sure by now you are all saying yea right and I don't blame you!!

This being a full time mom and full time student thing is kicking my butt! I knew it would be hard, but its very time consuming.

The girls alone keep me busy...soccer, ice skating, two choirs, and we home school religious education ( that I am horribly behind on!!!)

Recently we have had some health issues with Meghan and myself...Meghan is doing great..and I will be once I have a hysterectomy in March things will be better for me..and I will have plenty of time to blog while I am recouping.

I am very nervous about this surgery....but am trying to convince myself that things will go fine...but unfortunately I haven't had the best luck...so very cautious!!!

OK I do promise to be a tad bit more regular on here!

Blogging is a funny thing...we tell our most intimate thoughts for all to read and yet most of the time I find myself sitting and wondering, "who is this person!?" I know them...but yet I don't know them! I want to know who the person is behind all those words so I thought of a great way for all of us to "meet" each other!

Yes...love it!

I have two!!! raw carrots & green beans!!!

Yes I do or my Mother-in-Law does! (she is a hairstylist)

5. What is your favorite brand of clothing?



Love my Lane Bryant clothes especially the Venezia jeans..they are the first jean to fit me perfect!!!

Get one degree under my belt...start nursing school!, lose weight, and healthier eating for my family!!

A nice big salad honestly!! We had this restaurant in Fl called Sweet Tomato brothers and I miss it!!!

on the phone with my college trying to register!

egg scramble with ham and cheese to use up ham from Christmas



As I sit here pondering where another year has gone, I am met with all the changes and challenges of the last year! 2010 found us in Florida and then back to Michigan! It has been a challenge, but being back with our family and friends is definately a big plus, however snow and ice is not!!!

The girls have had a great school year so far and are keeping me a busy mom! With two choirs, soccer and dance! I love it. I have very much enjoyed being home with my kids for the most part since Kathy was born, I am loving it!

This year has brought me back to being a full time student..fun fun and alot harder than when I was younger! The kids think its great though that I have homework too!!

For 2011 I have made some decisions for my life! I have decided to embrace my true friends and my family with all my heart! I will let go of the pain, anger and disappointment of what loved ones have done to me in the past just go, its not worth it and either are they! I have a wonderful life with great friends who will not stab me in the back for no reason!!! I beleive that on judgement day they will be judged for their wrongdoings! I am also going to start exercising more, I want to be here for my kids!

I hope that 2011 will bring you all love, happiness and peace!

1. What will your Christmas dinner consist of?



Christmas dinner here is big, we do pot luck style...the menu this year is turkey, ham, stuffing, lasagna,scalloped potatoes, mashes potatos, green bean casserole,crab bisque,deviled eggs, fruit, veggies, carmel apple pie, brownies....I think that is about it...we have about 20 people gather at my house!

2. Do you watch commercials or flip through the channels?


me get control of the TV when something is on..never!!! so DVR it is, so no commercials!!!

3. How long will you leave your Christmas decorations up?



They start going up the day after Thanksgiving and stay uo till the epiphany (feast of the kings) then they come down.

4. What movie makes you cry every time you watch it?





5. Do you have a Facebook?
